REFUND POLICY

Azela offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund: Email azelashopify@gmail.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Condition of return: You do not need to return the product to receive your refund. We trust our customers.

Subscription orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, log into your account or email azelashopify@gmail.com. Charges already processed are eligible for refund under our 30-day guarantee.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll reship or refund at no cost to you.
