Do we ship worldwide? Yes — Azela ships to the USA and internationally, with tracking included on every order.
Standard Shipping Times:
- USA: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- Australia: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Latin America: 5–12 business days
- Other countries: 5–12 business days
Processing Times: Orders may take 2–4 business days to process before shipping. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order has shipped.
Where is my tracking number? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If it doesn't arrive or the link isn't working, contact us at azelashopify@gmail.com and we'll sort it out immediately.
Unexpected Delays: Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to factors outside our control (customs, weather, carrier delays). If your package is significantly overdue, contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.
